Shipping Policy
We will ship online purchases using United States Postal Service priority mail, with expected delivery within 1-3 business days of shipping (please allow more time for federal holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your package has been shipped. Our mailing address is PO Box 494, Kittredge, CO 80457.
Location and Hours
The Ambary Gardens retail showroom is located at 26479 Highway 74 in Kittredge, Colorado. We are open to the public for retail sales daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If this is not the case, please let us know by emailing sales@ambarygardens.com with your name and order number. An Ambary Gardens associate will reach out within 24 hours to resolve any issues. We cannot guarantee a refund if your product was purchased in excess of 15 days or has been opened.
Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
