Are you guys a dispensary?
No, we are not a dispensary. Ambary Gardens is an agricultural hemp company and is not affiliated in any way with the Colorado MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) or recreational/medical marijuana.
What does Ambary Gardens do?
We grow high quality CBD hemp to make potent, terpene and cannabinoid rich, hemp oil that we then infuse into a wide variety of products to provide a clean, quality dose of CBD.
What method of extraction do you use?
Pure ethanol is the only solvent we use during extraction. The resulting oil is heat purged to ensure it is completely ethanol free before being added to our products.
What is hemp and how is it different than Medical Marijuana?
Legally, the only difference between hemp and Medical Marijuana is THC content. If you grow cannabis with 0.3% THC or below it is hemp. If your cannabis plants produce more than 0.3% THC they are legally marijuana. Traditionally, hemp is any cultivar of the cannabis plant that is grown for its stock and fiber rather than its cannabinoid content. Cultivars grown for cannabinoid content are what we consider marijuana. At Ambary Gardens we have a special cultivar that produces high levels of CBD and terpenes while remaining legally classified as hemp.
How do you grow your hemp?
Our hemp is grown and processed by hand year-round in our greenhouses by our team of dedicated and skilled growers. We use a hybrid soil-aquaponic grow system that is completely organic and chemical, pesticide, and fertilizer free. The ability to grow all year in our greenhouses means we can always maximize terpene and cannabinoid retention while providing an optimally effective and consistent product.
Since the grow is on the same property as the sales floor can I tour the plants and grow area?

What is CBD?
CBD is a cannabinoid produced by the cannabis plant. Like its psychoactive chemical cousin THC, CBD is shown to have the potential for medicinal value and benefit. Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive. It will not get you “high” and is federally legal when sourced from agricultural hemp plants.
What kind of CBD do people use for pets?
Our full line of products is all perfectly pet-friendly. However, the internal forms of CBD oil are by far the most popular with pet owners. Our topical salves and sprays are not formulated to inhibit the pet from licking them off and pets will likely lick the topicals off without a preventative cone.
Will this stuff get me high?
No. The products we make are so low in THC that the risks of getting any intoxicating effects are virtually non-existent. CBD does not have psychoactive qualities. Ambary Gardens’ products are made to help without producing any form of intoxication.
Do the topical products and tinctures do the same thing?
When CBD is used topically, it stays local to the area applied. Oral applications of CBD will allow the endocannabinoid system to distribute CBD to all areas of the body. Different types are used to combat various ailments from physical pain to emotional distress. Ask one of our CBD specialists which products are recommended for you!
I live outside of Colorado. Can I bring this product home with me?
Absolutely! Our products are fully farm-bill compliant; we ship to all 50 states! You can purchase them to be shipped, ship them yourself, or travel with them without worry.
